Delhi
India’s Capital, Delhi, is the transport hub of Northern India and home to over 14 million people. It is a great experience to visit this fabulous city. From ancient temples, glitzy restaurants with delicious foods, stylish neighborhoods and the history filled monuments make this city a visitor’s eyes delight. This city was built and ruined seven times, through this Delhi had witnessed various events which has brought our Incredible country India through many records. The International airport situated in the western corner makes Delhi as one of the busiest airports in South Asia. The street foods are largely famous and delicious. Shopping is equally famous in Delhi which has a century-old shopping area, very famous for jewellery and Zari Sarees.
Jaipur
Jaipur the pink city today sports all hues and shades of the spectrum. That’s for no other reason but that it has grown far beyond its original size and age, presenting a modern visage - multi-storeyed apartment-blocks, shopping malls, chic boutiques, discotheques, multiplex and all. Jaipur has turned in to a fascinating city that throbs with activity from early in the morning till late into the night. The walled city with monuments and bazaars and the newer areas in more verdant, spacious settings offer contrasting vistas of the same city.
Ranthambore
Ranthambore is near to the town of Sawai Madhopur, midway between Bharatpur and Kota townships. It is surrounded by the Vindhya and Aravali hill ranges and is very near to the outer fringes of the Thar Desert. The forest is the typically dry deciduous type, with dhok, being the most prominent tree. The entry point to the Ranthambore National Park, goes straight to the foot of the fort and the forest rest house, Jogi Mahal. The latter boasts of the second-largest banyan tree in India. The Padam Talab, the Raj Bagh Talab and the Malik Talab are some of the lakes in the area that attract the tiger population. They have been spotted at the edges of these lakes, and Jogi Mahal itself. Old crumbling walls, ruined pavilions, wells, and other ancient structures stand witness to the region's glorious past. More than in any other park or sanctuary in India, tigers are easily spotted here in daylight. They can be seen lolling around lazily in the sun, or feverishly hunting down Sambar around the lakes.
Agra
Agra is synonymous with the Taj - one of the seven wonders of the world. The city today has two distinct sections - tourist and commercial. The former centered around the Taj and other monuments, the latter enclosing the enlargements emanating from industrial and commercial activity in present times. Therefore, there are two downtown areas to look at, depending on your interest.
Amritsar
Amritsar is home to the Harmandir Sahib, known as the Golden Temple/Darbar Sahib, the spiritual and cultural center of the Sikh religion. This important Sikh shrine attracts more visitors than the Taj Mahal in Agra as it has more than 100,000 visitors on week days alone and is the number one destination for non-resident-Indians (NRI) in the whole of India. The Golden Temple is the main attraction in the city, and the most important religious place to the Sikhs. It's a stunning complex, and always full of thousands of pilgrims from all over India. The excitement to be here is infectious, and many people will be more than happy to tell you all about their religion and customs, and show you around the temple itself.
The main commercial activities include tourism, carpets and fabrics, farm produce, handicrafts, service trades and light engineering. The city is known for its food and culture. Amritsar is well known for its food. Dhabas such as Bhrawan da Dhaba and Kesar da Dhaba are extremely popular with locals and tourists.
