Day 01: Delhi - Amritsar
Board the Morning or evening Shatabdi Train to Amritsar evening at leisure or if you go by morning Train then you can visit the Wagah Border and come back to hotel for overnight Stay during Golden temple tour.
Day 02: Amritsar
Full day city tour including visit to Golden Temple tour, Local Market and Jalianwalan Bagh Overnight in Amritsar.
Day 03: Amritsar - Dalhousie
After Breakfast drive to Dalhousie via Pathankot and transfer to Hotel rest of the day at leisure during Golden temple tour.
Day 04: Dalhousie
Today full day excursion visiting Khajjiar and Chamba town. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Dalhousie - Dharamashala
After Breakfast Drive to Dharamshala and transfer to Hotel.
Day 06: Dharamashala
Morning tour of Dharamshala visiting The Tibetan Medical Center, & local monasteries. Rest of the day is free. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Dharamashala - Pragpur
Drive on to Pragpur visiting the sights of Kangra en route, including the Nagarkot Fort, perched on a steep rock dominating the valley, and the Brajesvari Devi temple. Pragpur is a medieval "heritage" village with cobblestone streets and slate-roofed houses.
Day 08: Pragpur
Day at leisure to relax.
Day 09: Pragpur - Manali
After Breakfast Drive to Manali and transfer to Hotel evening at leisure overnight at the hotel.
Day 10: Manali Tour
After Breakfast full day city tour visiting Hadimba Temple, old Manali village and a Tibetan monastery during Manali tour. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11: Manali - Shimla
After Breakfast drive to shimla and transfer to Hotel evening at leisure overnight at the hotel.
Day 12: Shimla Tour
After Breakfast you can go for walks and life revolves around the busy Mall in the centre of town. One can visit the mock tudor Library, the Christ Church during Shimla tour.
Day 13: Shimla – Delhi - Departure
This morning 2 ½ hrs drive you will be transferred to Kalka station for your train to Delhi .

Amritsar
Amritsar is home to the Harmandir Sahib, known as the Golden Temple/Darbar Sahib, the spiritual and cultural center of the Sikh religion. This important Sikh shrine attracts more visitors than the Taj Mahal in Agra as it has more than 100,000 visitors on week days alone and is the number one destination for non-resident-Indians (NRI) in the whole of India. The Golden Temple is the main attraction in the city, and the most important religious place to the Sikhs. It's a stunning complex, and always full of thousands of pilgrims from all over India. The excitement to be here is infectious, and many people will be more than happy to tell you all about their religion and customs, and show you around the temple itself.
The main commercial activities include tourism, carpets and fabrics, farm produce, handicrafts, service trades and light engineering. The city is known for its food and culture. Amritsar is well known for its food. Dhabas such as Bhrawan da Dhaba and Kesar da Dhaba are extremely popular with locals and tourists.
Dalhousie
The Dalhousie Town was named after Lord Dalhousie who was the British Governor-General in India while establishing this place as a summer retreat. Dalhousie is a gateway to the ancient Chamba Hill State, now Chamba District of the state of himachal pradesh of India. This hill region is a repository of ancient Hindu culture, art, temples, and handicrafts preserved under the longest-running single dynasty since the mid-6th century. Chamba is the hub of this culture. Bharmour, the ancient capital of this kingdom, is home to the Gaddi and Gujjar tribes and has 84 ancient temples dating from the 7th–10th century AD. Dalhousie also experiences snow during the peak of winter period in December and January. Being a hill station, Dalhousie is famous for its salubrious climate.
Dharamshala
Dharamshala is the centre of the Tibetan exile world in India. Following the 1959 Tibetan uprising there was an influx of Tibetan refugees who followed the 14th Dalai Lama. His presence and the Tibetan population has made Dharamshala a popular destination for Indian and foreign tourists, including students studying Tibet. From the earliest times until the British Raj, Dharamshala and its surrounding area was ruled by the Katoch Dynasty of Kangra. The Katoch Dynasty is said to be the oldest serving Royal Family in the world.The Royal Family still keeps a residence in Dharamshala, known as 'Clouds End Villa'. Several thousand Tibetan exiles have now settled in the area, and most live in and around McLeod Ganj in Upper Dharamshala, where they have built monasteries, temples and schools. McLeodGanj is sometimes known as 'Little Lhasa", after the Tibetan capital city, or 'Dhasa'.
Dharamshala is a starting point to a number of trekking trails that especially lead trekkers across Dhauladhar into the upper Ravi Valley and Chamba district. En route, you cross through forests of deodar, pine, oak and rhododendron, and pass streams and rivers and wind along vertiginous cliff tracks, and also the occasional lake waterfall and glacier.
Manali
Manali is a cosmopolitan town. People from different parts of India have settled here.
Manali and the surrounding area is of great significance to Indian culture and heritage as it is said to be the home of the Saptarshi, or Seven Sages. Manali is named after the Brahmin lawgiver Manu. The word Manali literally means “the abode of Manu”. Legend has it that sage Manu stepped off his ark in Manali to recreate human life after a great flood had deluged the world. Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh in which Manali is known as the "Valley of the Gods". The Old Manali village has an ancient temple dedicated to sage Manu.
The British introduced apple trees and trout, which were not native to Manali flora and fauna. It is said that when apple trees were first planted the fruits were so plentiful that often branches, unable to bear the weight, would collapse. To this day, apple along with plum and pear remains the best source of income for the majority of its inhabitants.
Shimla
In the main Shimla area “The Ridge” is the popular promenade for the busy social & cultural scene. A walk around this area will give a glimpse of local life style and colonial history of Shimla. The main land mark here is the Christ Church which is one of the oldest churches built in North India, the gothic style architecture and stain glass windows are the witness to the long gone British era. Near by the Christ Church is the Mall road which is the main bazaar area of Shimla, filled with many fruit & vegetable shops and local handicrafts.
